Yasuo Harema did not originally make Chirimen Sanshou as a product, but as a gift to hand out to close friends, and Maiko and Geisha who were acquainted with him also greatly looked forward it's flavor. Since the it's fi rst creation Harema has, inheriting the founder's devotion, hand made Chirimen Sanshou with carefully selected ingredients.
